What Vera is
A manifestation app that lives where the doomscroll was.
Most manifestation apps wait for you to remember them. Vera is in the one place you already go fifty times a day: the moment you open TikTok or Instagram. It uses Screen Time to seal the apps you choose, and turns each reach for your phone into twenty seconds with the life you're calling in. Every letter, story and affirmation is written for you, from the answers you give when you start.
How it works
Three steps, about two minutes to set up.
Tell her about the life you want
Your name, the city you want to wake up in, the thing you want most. Vera writes everything from these words.
Choose the apps to seal
Pick the apps that steal your evenings. Screen Time keeps the lock, and Vera never sees which apps you chose.
Reach for one, read a letter
One tap for how you feel, then a short letter from your future self. Tap “open my apps” and they open for ten minutes. Then they seal again.
What's inside
Everything is written for you, never from a template.
Letters from your future self
Short letters with your name in them, written from your own words and never repeated.
A vision board from your own photos
Put your dream life where the doomscroll was, with paintings made from your own words.
A new story every day, read aloud
About three minutes long, in a warm voice. Press play, close your eyes and listen to your dream life.
Affirmations, gratitude and a day streak
One line a day is plenty. The streak counts the days you chose her.
Who it's for
Vera is for you if…
You're manifesting a new chapter
Scripting, the 369 method, lucky girl affirmations: Vera gives you the ritual every day without the notebook.
You open TikTok without deciding to
Your thumb gets there before you do. Vera puts twenty seconds of your dream life in the way.
You've deleted every app blocker you tried
Blockers feel like punishment, so they don't last. Vera's lock opens with a letter, not a guilt trip.
Affirmation apps feel generic
Same quotes as everyone else. Vera's letters have your name, your city and your plans in them.

Questions
What is Vera?
Vera is an iPhone app that combines a personal manifestation practice with an app lock. It seals distracting apps with Screen Time and opens them with a short letter from your future self, written from your own words. It also has a daily manifestation story read aloud, a vision board and affirmations.
Is Vera free?
Your first letter is free, before you pay anything. Vera Plus unlocks the daily stories, the letters, the vision board and the lock itself, yearly with a free trial for new subscribers or weekly. We send a reminder the evening before a trial ends.
Can Vera see which apps I use?
No. Apple's Screen Time keeps the lock on your phone, and Vera never learns which apps you chose or how long you spend in them.
What if I need an app right now?
Reading a letter takes about twenty seconds and opens your apps for ten minutes. If you truly need out, an emergency unlock is always one tap away.
